All prep is done- chopping, mixing, sauces all done!. AND most importantly, she is very conscientious about my families food allergies. Lastly, she provides all macro counts for the meals. Huge fan!

Meal Prep Mama is a lifesaver! As a full time working mom of 2 busy, young boys - meal prep support from Meal Prep Mama has been crucial! In addition to being generally busy, we have complex dietary needs. I have celiac disease, one of my sons is a Type 1 diabetic, and my husband can’t stand the taste of cilantro… finding a great meal prep person seemed impossible; however, finding MealPrepMama has been a game changer! I completely trust the gluten free preparation, we have nutritional information on hand for insulin, in the cases of any cilantro ingredient, all our containers say “LK: No cilantro!” When they arrive :) Reasonable pricing, delicious food, lots of variety, and easy prep… Meal Prep Mama graces our table have five nights a week with no sign of stopping!
